These infographics were created as a follow-up assignment to the technical instructions I developed earlier in my Technical Writing course during the fall of 2024 at the University of Maryland, also included in my ePortfolio. The assignment required transforming the technical content into formats tailored for distinct audiences through Adobe Express. One infographic explains the principles of a single-chamber soil microbial fuel cell for a graduate-level audience, while the other provides step-by-step assembly instructions designed for undergraduate STEM students.
By completing this assignment, I advanced my ability to integrate written communication with visual design. The infographics demonstrate technical proficiency with Adobe software, as well as attention to detail for effective content composition. They highlight my skills in organizing complex scientific information logically and adapting it to meet audience-specific needs. This work underscores my ability to balance technical accuracy with accessibility, ensuring the content is both clear and impactful.
